Day 02 - Changsha to Phoenix Ancient City
Travel approximately 5.5 hours by bus to the picturesque Phoenix Ancient City. Walk along the tranquil Tuojiang River with its historic stilted buildings, visit Hongqiao Bridge and local cultural landmarks, and soak in the serene riverside atmosphere.

Day 03 - Xiangxi Miao Village and Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain
Visit Xiangxi Miao Village to experience the culture of China’s ethnic minorities. Then head to Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park. Ride the world’s longest cableway to the summit, walk the glass plank road suspended high above cliffs, and explore the “72 Floors of Mystery,” the world’s tallest stilted building.

Day 04 - Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Surroundings
Explore Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, famous for towering sandstone pillars. Ride the Bailong Elevator to Yuanjiajie Scenic Area, home to the Hallelujah Mountains that inspired Avatar. Visit Ecstasy Terrace, Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area via cableway, and enjoy a train ride through the Ten Mile Gallery. Optionally attend the “Charm Xiangxi” folk gala in the evening.

Day 05 - Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon and Return to Changsha
